But before that happens there are important things that need to happen including more in-depth detailing and drafting, final planning and site analysis, Construction Documentation and visits to stone yards and other vendors to pick your favorite materials. Pending the scope of your project, 3-Dimensional Studies will be prepared to bring our ideas to life. Step #3 is where we’ll hammer out the final proposal with installation costs. Once everything is a “go” then timing is discussed and a formal contract will be prepared for signatures.
